Up to 12★ (5★ before Awakening). The level cap is 100 at 1★ and 420 at 12★. Going from 1★ to 12★ takes 3,900 of her shards, Phantom Dust x286,000, Heartsea Crystal x70.

Awakening raises one skill to Lv. 4 per star: 6★ Eternal Slumber, 7★ Shattered Dream, 8★ Trait Enhancement, 9★ Dreamland Descent.

SPD is 104 at every level and star; nothing raises it, and Power doesn't count it.
